Breaston Memory Café

Memory cafeCome along to our café where we provide support and information for anyone affected by dementia.

You will be able to meet friendly and supportive people and spend time sharing information and experiences.

Where: Methodist Hall

Breaston has a greater number of elderly people than the national average, so it should come as no surprise that there are many organisations in the village that are for the benefit of older residents. And many of them are run by the older residents, too!

Breaston Evergreens

Breaston Evergreen Club for is for those aged 60 plus. The club meets weekly to take part in activities along with occasional guest speakers. Monthly day trips and annual holidays are also organised. activities include raffles, "knit & natter", bingo, dominoes and a lot more!

Lunch Club

Held on alternate Fridays from 11–2pm, the Lunch Club is organised by Breaston Churches Together for Breaston residents who are elderly, live alone and find it difficult to get out. It is an opportunity to come along for meal and have fun in congenial company

Transport can be provided if necessary.

Breaston Elder Citizens

Breaston Elder Citizens is a social group for people aged 55 and over. They meet every Thursday 2–4pm, in the Scout HQ on Blind Lane for outings, bingo and entertainment. New members are welcome. Transport is available if needed.
