Yoga with Lucy Kite

Lucy has practicing Yoga for more than 12 years and it's changed her life; the benefits are profound. As well as feeling calm and relaxed you will notice an increase in energy, tone and flexibility, better digestion and stronger immune system.
Yoga is more than a stretch class, it's a baseline for an amazing, healthy, happy life. It can teach you to challenge and push myself, to reach your potential without ever taking yourself too seriously.

Her approach is called Hatha Vinyasa, a form of therapeutic yoga that is ideal for all levels including beginners. The ultimate aim is to make you feel better about yourself.
